I have knowledge of what it's like to struggle with your weight, I can empathise where many can not. For many years, after the birth of my daughter, like many women, I struggled with my weight. Up and down it went. I found as you probably have diets don't work, I went to slimming clubs, in particular a rather famous one and found it was more about selling their latest ready meal or product than helping people loose weight !

I am not trying to sell you any ready meals, products or wonder pills !

• I will help you to eliminate the bad foods and enjoy the good foods ! I also offer a comprehensive ' kitchen laundry ' where I will help you sort out your cupboards and fridge/freezer, giving nutritional advice on their contents and offering guidance whenever needed. My philosophy is based on information, I do not preach nor lecture,  I inform. Knowledge being the key to life and your life is the most important !
